Terms
Age and photo
You must be 18 or older. The photo must be you, and you must have the right to use it. Do not upload someone else. If the person looks under 18, we refuse the photo.
What the result is
It is a visual estimate. It is not medical advice, not a DEXA scan, and not a diagnosis. Light, clothes, and angle change the range.
Price
The range is free after the email. The full plan is €4.99, one time, in euros, for everyone. There is no subscription and no surprise charge. You pay first. The plan is made after that.
Codes
If you have a promo code, you enter it on the Stripe page. The field is on. The coupon has to apply to this charge.
Right to cancel
The full plan is digital content delivered right after payment. Before you pay, you confirm you want it now and that, once delivery starts, you lose the 14-day legal right of withdrawal (art. 103.m TRLGDCU). This does not affect the No-Excuses Guarantee below.
14-day No-Excuses Guarantee
If your full plan doesn't feel clear and useful, email bodyscan@mail.grokbot.com within 14 days of purchase, from the address you used, and we'll refund the €4.99. No questions asked. This is our voluntary guarantee, on top of your legal rights.
Abuse
We can refuse photos and limit requests. Do not use BodyScan to spy on someone else.
